Is Snowdon (Hookwood Blue Babe at Fanmatrix) pregnant?  Snowdon in my humble opinion is very much with pup. I'm no vet, but I will definitely stake my reputation on it. Either Snowdon is pregnant or she is having one hell of a phantom. With less than 4 weeks to go, I am furiously getting things ready in delighted anticipation, come early September I will be ready. On the house front, I am praying that things stay quite with the house sale, knowing my luck all hell will break loose any time now. |

Snowdon meets Floyd at the Kanix Kennels
On Wednesday 7th July, the day was bright and Carol, that’s my owner and her friend Jan, took me along to meet
this fella, his name was Floyd. Well! What can I say, I took to him right away, not only was he handsome, but a
perfect gentleman as well, he let me introduce myself to him first with a little nose rubbing and after, well I’ve waited
so long for this moment, nearly missing the boat altogether, but Carol, she’s a dear really, took me to see Gay,
that’s my Vet a little while ago to make sure there was no reason why I couldn’t meet up with someone like Floyd.
I spent some time with him, really didn’t want to leave him that first time and well the second time I met him, I seem
to know it would be the last time so I hung on to him as long as I could, but eventually after an hour or so I had to
say goodbye. My thanks to Kari & Sigurd Wilberg for their warm welcome and the very informative visit.
So there ya go, Floyd and me we’re hoping for something really special to happen in a few weeks around
about the 8th September. I'll let you all know as soon as I do.

Shadow qualified for Crufts 2011 at the Southern Counties Championship Show Shadow where he got placed second in his class of Post Graduate Dog, needless to say we're really pleased and of course proud of him.

Sorry about this, I actually put this news item in shortly after the show. Then found out a few days later that I hadn’t published it correctly. Hmm!
So, the other month Shadow and Spirit took me along to the Championship Dog Show at Bath. The weather was brilliant and we all had a really great time.
They did their best, but unfortunately, the competition was strong and they had large numbers of in their classes. So no rosettes today, but. . .
During the day, while we were walking around the show grounds we noticed the area where the Kennel Club was holding the ‘Good Citizenship’ tests. Soooo.... we looked and enquired and me being me said... “Come on lets have a go and see how far we get”. Well! to cut to the chase Spirit and Shadow both did me proud and both gained their Bronze Good Citizenship Award.
It was a brilliant, but very hot day, and I thought they deserved a special treat, so we finished the day with an ice cream each, well one for me and one between them. |

Jazz, you did it.  Heartiest congratulations to you Jazz, Toby's human mum, for entering and completing the course.
So far Jazz has raised £660.00 on-line plus £240 on paper for Cancer Research UK.
